You're running an investment network
on tools that were never built for it.

Google Docs, a shared Drive, a couple of Forms, and a very long email thread. It works until you have a dozen startups, forty members, and no idea what's actually happening.

01You're chasing founders for a current deckThe version in your Drive is three months old. Email, wait, re-upload, re-share, times every startup in your pipeline.
02You share a link and go blindDid anyone open it? Read past slide two? Download the model? You have no way to know.
03Sharing is manual and leakyPer-member access means Drive permissions one email at a time, and links keep working long after you meant to cut them.
04Feedback scatters everywhereReactions arrive as one-off emails and texts, tied to nothing. You lose the thread on who liked what.

Your members judge your network by how this feels.
Right now it feels like a folder.

From messy pipeline to running network.
Four steps, one platform.

Access control

Every deal is invite-only. Every member sees only what you choose.

Nothing is public. Startups stay invisible until you approve them, and each deal is shared member by member. Change your mind and access disappears the instant you revoke it, quietly, with no awkward moment.

Engagement analytics

Stop guessing whether anyone opened the deal. Every view is tied to a named member.

Who opened a startup, how long they spent, which slides they read, and which data-room files they downloaded. From the moment they click the email link.

Private feedback

Keep every member's take in one private thread. Tied to the deal, not lost in email.

Each member has a private 1:1 thread with you on each startup. Members never see each other's comments, and founders never see any of it, so you get candid reactions in one place.

Questions network leads ask us.

Still curious? Email the team. We reply the same day, most days.

Can members see each other?

No. Members can't see who else is in your network, who else has access to a deal, or anyone else's comments. Each member only sees the startups you've granted them and their own private thread with you.

How do you track engagement?

Every action a member takes is attributed to them: opening a startup, time spent on the profile, which tabs and pitch-deck slides they viewed, and which data-room documents they opened or downloaded. You see it per member, per deal.

Is it white-labeled?

Yes. Members experience your network's brand, from the profiles they browse to the update emails they receive. StartupCorners runs the platform underneath; your members see you.

How do startups get onboarded?

You invite founders and send them your intake form. They build their own profile: overview, metrics, team, funding, deck, and data room. You review and approve before any member can see it, and post-approval edits notify you.

Do investors need a password?

No. Members sign in passwordlessly with a one-time code sent to their email. You pre-add members, so there's no public sign-up. Only people you've invited can get in.

What happens when I revoke someone's access?

It's immediate and silent. Their dashboard drops the deal and their deep links stop working right away. Because we re-check permissions on every request, there's no lingering window and no notification that would make it awkward.

What about data security and the data room?

Documents are never public. There are no shareable file URLs. Files stream only to members with an active grant, and every view and download is logged. You can hide individual documents from members at any time.

Do founders see member feedback or who's looking?

No. Founders build and update their profile, but private member-to-you comment threads are invisible to them, and engagement analytics are yours alone.

When can I get in?

We're onboarding a small founding cohort of angel networks and syndicates now. Request early access and we'll set up your network and walk you through it.

Give your network the platform your deals deserve.
Curated deal flow, per-member access and real engagement analytics, in one place.

Free while we build with our founding cohort. Networks join by invitation, not public sign-up.
